Life-Insurance Agency Operating System
The agency ran its entire downline across twelve separate carrier portals, each with its own login, data model, and quirks. We built an operating system that aggregates the full book of business across all twelve carriers in real time, something no other tool in the industry does, automates the path from application to issued policy, and surfaces chargeback exposure before it becomes realized loss. It runs in daily production with roughly 250 agents.
Twelve carrier portals meant twelve sources of truth. Carrier portals update within about two days while the IMO's issued-policy report lags two weeks to a month, so the portals are the real-time truth, but nobody was reconciling them. Advance commissions mean a lapse inside the advance window triggers a chargeback that rolls up to the upline, and that exposure was invisible until statements landed.
Unified book-of-business aggregation
One real-time view across all twelve carriers, joining what an agent applied for, what the IMO reports issued, and each carrier portal's live book, normalized into a single policy and commission model.
The reversal-while-inforce signal
The flagship discrepancy surfaces policies a carrier still shows as inforce while the IMO reports a reversal, catching at-risk policies before they become a chargeback.
Canonical status intelligence
Every carrier's own status vocabulary is mapped into five canonical buckets for cross-carrier rollups while always preserving the true carrier string.
