Ledger-vs-Lease Reconciliation Engine

The ledger holds what was entered; the leases hold what was true; nobody cross-checks them. This engine reads signed documents, reconciles them against the general ledger with roughly twelve detectors, and turns every gap into an evidence-backed catch, the moat underneath the system of record, and a module that can run against an existing book on its own.

The problem

The gap between the ledger and the lease costs real money. Validated first-hand in a real billion-dollar book: a roughly $1M CAM-deadline near-miss, $50K-plus missed escalations on single leases, and $200K-plus hidden multi-year balances compounding for years.

What we built
01

Twelve detectors

Reconciles the ledger against signed documents with roughly twelve detectors, CAM deadlines, rent escalations, recovery mismatches, each finding a catch that cannot persist without evidence.

02

Grounded against hallucination

A second-witness LLM pass and quote-grounding tie every finding back to a specific clause, so catches are defensible and false positives are filtered out.

03

Lease abstraction at scale

Textract and pdfplumber pull structured terms out of messy signed PDFs, turning a filing cabinet of leases into queryable truth.
